ToneProof respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe that content available through the ToneProof Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing (for example, a screenshot, instrument ID, or other identifying information).
• Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature (for example, typing your full legal name at the end of the notice).

2. Our response

Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, ToneProof may remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice and may take additional reasonable steps under applicable law.

3. Misrepresentations

Please note that under some laws, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.

4. Repeat infringement

If we determine that a user is a repeat infringer, we may suspend or terminate that user’s access to the Service.
