Pilot Participation Agreement

This Pilot Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to luthiers, builders, and other invitees (“you”) who participate in the ToneProof Pilot Program (“Pilot”). By joining and using a pilot access code, you agree to this Agreement in addition to the ToneProof Terms of Use and Privacy & Data Policy.

1. Experimental nature of the Pilot

The Pilot is a test environment. Features, accuracy, and performance may change over time. ToneProof does not guarantee specific results, uptime, or stability.

By participating in the Pilot, you agree that ToneProof may use:

Feedback you provide about the Pilot (bugs, suggestions, ideas) may be used freely by ToneProof to improve the product, without obligation to compensate you.

7. Duration and withdrawal

ToneProof may end the Pilot or change its scope at any time. You may withdraw from the Pilot by contacting us and requesting that your account and associated images be removed.

This Agreement should be read together with the ToneProof Terms of Use and Privacy & Data Policy. In case of conflict, we may clarify terms with you directly or issue an updated version of this Agreement.
